Francesco took the degree in Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin.

In 1997 he is hired at FIAT Research Centre as a technical expert of Terrestrial and Satellite-based Navigation systems, Car Navigation systems and Digital Maps for road navigation.

He has more than twenty years of experience in Electrical/Electronics and Connectivity systems of innovative concepts by managing pre-developments programs.

Currently Francesco is the Global Head of Advanced Connectivity in the Advanced Technologies and Pre-Development Programs at FCA.

He represents FCA in the ACEA Working Group Cooperative, Connected and Automated Mobility (CCAM), in the board of 5G Automotive Association (5GAA) and in the Technical Scientific Committee of the Competence Centre Cyber 4.0.
