Lucrezia Songini is Full Professor of Servitization Strategy, Managerial Control Systems, Strategic Management in Family Businesses, Cost Management and Performance Management, at Eastern Piedmont University.
Rector’s delegate for Third Mission and Social Mission, Director of the Linguistic Center, the Interuniversity Centre for Studies on Family Business, and the Master in Servitization in Automotive Industry at Eastern Piedmont University.
Elected Chair of the Country Representatives Council and member of the Board of European Academy of Management.
Scientific coordinator of the Automotive section of the ASAP - Service Management forum where recently she has been involved in the following initiatives: Focus group “Trucks and Commercial vehicles” (2010-2017), Focus group “Officina 4.0” (After sales 4.0), Barometro Aftermarket Truck – Anfia.
