Andrea Franco has a 30 years’ experience in Fiat, covering several areas of expertise (Organization, Development, Training, Change Management, Organisational Development, HR Generalist) and becoming expert in different professional families such as Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing & Aftersales, Purchasing, ICT. He also worked abroad in Brazil, Argentina, India, China and US. He has also an experience in Datalogic (Industrial Automation Electronics Company listed at Milan Stock Exchange in the segment “Stars”) for 16 months (2018-2019), enough to start and complete a Change Management Project, sort of revolution in such a world. Since September 2019 he has been working as a Global HR in Marelli for Industrial & Engineering Functions (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, PM, Engineering Research & Development; GBS until 2021).
