I work in the family business, the SMW-Autoblok, in the Italian headquarters in the province of Turin since 1998.
Between June 1999 and September 2000, I stayed for about 9 months in the United States, working at the US subsidiary in Wheeling Illinois, north of Chicago.
Currently I deal with issues related to the optimization of applied procedures and I’m working to the implementation of the new ERP.
I am responsible for HR and everything related to safety, quality and environment.
I am responsible for internal audits for the ISO 9001 Quality System and for the ISO 14001 environmental system of all the Italian companies of the group.
