Teodoro Lio is Accenture Lead for the Consumer & Manufacturing Industries which include key sectors of Italy’s economy, from consumer goods to retail, from infrastructure and transportation to pharmaceutical and from automotive to heavy industry.
Teodoro’s new role positions him as Head of a geographic region that comprises Italy, Central Europe and Greece. Previously, he was the European Lead for Automotive & Mobility.
Since joining Accenture in 2001, Lio has worked closely with some of the most important industry players in Italy and internationally. He has constantly focused his strong entrepreneurial drive on value creation through technological innovation and digital transformation.
During his career, Teodoro has launched and led complex transformation programs in the areas of connected products, product-to-service transformations and digital customer interaction working with leading global technology partners.
He is currently supporting supply chain players to embrace the sustainability agenda, helping clients in diverse industries to capture the business opportunities that energy transition is delivering.
Teodoro built his impressive international experience during his overseas assignments in China and ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) and by holding roles of increasing responsibility in Europe, USA, and Brazil. His broad and deep perspective on the multicultural challenges that global players face is much valued by clients and is enhanced by his commitment to Accenture’s drive for Diversity & Inclusion and Gender Equality.
Teodoro holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Turin. He is married, has two children, and enjoys sailing and travel.
