Paolo Butti is the EMEA Director of the Vertical Market and Machine Builder (OEM) Segments, leading a team of Industry and OEM Segment Leader, including Large Strategic Account high caliber Sales people.
Paolo is coordinating and driving Regional Strategy and Execution plan, aligning priorities on commercial and marketing activities within the assigned Geography.
Paolo has Discrete Manufacturing background, across variety of global assignment within large End-user and Machine-Line builder companies, from R&D to Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Program Management and Sales.
He joined Rockwell Automation in 2012, after 5 years in Comau (part of Fiat Chrysler Group), Automation domain expert on vehicle production systems and robotics.
He received in 1997 his PH.D of Electronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
Paolo also owns Master in Radiocommunication Engineering from the University of Bologna and a Master in Marketing & communication from the SAA (Torino University Business School).
Paolo is PMI Certified.
Recently has been part of the Lubar Business School Strategic Leadership Series program for Executives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
He currently resides in Torino with his family, his wife, Chiara, his kids Francesco, Maria and Emanuele and his dog, Kora.
