Vincenzo Russi is Co-Founder and CEO of e-Novia S.p.A., "the Enterprise Factory ". The Factory was founded in 2015 in Milan, and it has already developed more than 30 entrepreneurial projects, including E-Shock Srl, BluBrake Srl, Y.Share Srl , SmartRobots Srl, YAPE Srl, HiRide Srl, Weart Srl and Blimp Srl. All innovative enterprises with international presence in the sectors of Collaborative Mobility, Humanized Machines and Augmented Human.

Vincenzo Russi has been operating in ICT for many years and has been dedicated to management consultancy and business management for over 20 years. He has been Chief Digital Officer of Messaggerie Italiane, the first Italian book distribution and publishing group and Vice President of eDigita, the first digital distribution platform for Italian publishing.

Previously, he held the position of Chief Operating and Technology Officer in CEFRIEL, and he was MBA professor at the International School of Management at Politecnico di Milano and professor in Software Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, CEO of Fila corp. in Boston, Partner in Ernst&Young Consulting, Vice President in Capgemini. He began his career in the Selenia Spazio laboratories and then in the international Olivetti laboratories in Italy and Silicon Valley.
